ALT was founded in 2011 by local Real Estate Developer Lou Pektor and his daughter Lisa, to initially service the needs of PennCap Properties. Since inception, the company has grown to become one of the premier boutique real estate brokerage companies in the Lehigh Valley. Clients are able to capitalize upon long standing relationships and market knowledge of the Lehigh Valley spanning from developers, retailers, local hospitals and other medical service providers, engineers, architects, attorneys, and other Brokers to meet and exceed our client’s expectations. To date, ALT Realty has represented clients in over $34 million in sales transactions and in lease transactions valued at $75.6 million in base rent.
