We combine this with a risk ‘health check’ to assess your current approach to EUC policy and your internal controls and benchmark against industry best practice. Based on this assessment, we provide a detailed gap analysis and with you we develop a path to successfully manage your EUC risk management next steps. 2: Refine & Establish We work with you to refine and develop your EUC policy and establish controls to reduce EUC risk to meet your organisation’s requirements. Using specialist software, we establish an EUC inventory in line with your EUC policy and configure the software with automated controls which, in combination with end user training, help ensure your inventory stays fully aligned with your policy. We develop reporting dashboards that deliver a first-class user experience across the breadth of stakeholders and allow them to continually assess the level of compliance with EUC policy and processes. 3: Governance & Active Control We support the implementation of your new EUC risk management strategy at every stage. Our specialists will help you prioritise and can undertake remediation activities to mature your legacy EUC estate and rapidly build confidence in your most critical EUCs.
