Since the founding of our predecessor firm Alterman Law Office in 2006 we have advised owners and tenants of commercial and investment real estate when they buy, sell, lease, and borrow. We also represent family and other closely-held businesses in a wide variety of matters, ranging from their everyday contracting with their suppliers and customers to the ownership transition to the next generation of family members or key employees. We base our advice to our clients on our principal's 30 years of practice in real estate and business law, 8 years of real estate sales, 2 terms as a planning commissioner, and 5 years as an outside director of a Washington community bank.
