Alternative Care Limited is a disability support company located at Unit 17 Monckton Rd, Wakefield, United Kingdom. We support adults with disabilities with day to day tasks and to achieve what they want in life. At Alternative Care we like to have fun but we're also pretty serious about role in the community, how we treat our employees and answering the question 'why we do what we do'. The ACL team work according to a set of established values which guide the way we deliver our services. Our values are C.A.R.E, Compassionate, Adapatble, Respectful & Empowering! Staff at Alternative Care will always demonstrate a genuine interest and understanding of all those we support and be sensitive to the needs and emotions of all individuals. Staff will remain calm and considered in all situations and demonstrate empathy and be able to put themselves into the position of others. We expect staff to be responsive to the ever changing choices and needs of all those we support and be accountable for communicating and delivering these changes to support needs. We ask that all staff aim to be flexible to meet the needs fo the service. Everyone at Alternative Care understands the importance of respect and acknowledges, accepts and values diversity among themselves and should acknowledge the efforts of others too. Staff will always maintain dignity in all situations. We believe in empowerment and enabling and supporting individuals to achieve their wishes and life goals.
