Alternative Frozen Burger

Alternative Frozen Burger is an Italian company founded in 2015 with the idea of revolutionising the world of fish, simplifying its consumption but at the same time enhancing its quality. This is why we created the first fish burger: without bones, easy to cook, and above all from carefully selected raw materials from sustainable fishing and farming. From the beginning, in fact, attention to the environment has been one of the company's founding values, as evidenced by the many certifications. The energy we use comes from renewable sources; the burger packaging is 100% sustainable, recyclable and compostable, wrapped in 90% recycled plastic (the maximum allowed) and 100% recyclable. Each product is manufactured in the factory in Turin and is the result of in-house research: recipes, processes, cooking and usage methods are constantly developed and controlled to guarantee food safety and quality.
