Alternative Sociale Association

Alternative Sociale Association is an NGO with over 25 years of experience in implementing local, national and international projects. Its main areas of activity are the well-being and protection of the family and child (children and adults involved in criminal, civil and administrative proceedings, affected by labour migration, victims of human trafficking and exploitation, gender-based violence, refugees, etc.), reform of the justice system (juvenile justice, judicial management, professional ethics, training for judges and spokespersons, etc.), preventing and combating the negative effects of migration (trafficking in human beings,'home alone' children, integration of third-country nationals, etc.), education (career guidance and other approaches to strengthen the resilience of children and young people at risk, etc.), the social economy. Alternative Social also ensures capacity building for professionals and public and private institutions, creates working methodologies and professional publications, researches social phenomena, provides direct support services for vulnerable groups, educates the general public or specific groups through awareness campaigns.
