Altitude Alliance is an exclusive online program designed to provide member real estate agents with timely, leading edge resources, tools, strategies, coaching and ongoing support to grow a successful client-based business over time. The program limits membership and spreads members geographically in an effort to limit competition among agents in their local markets. The program is dynamic yet simple and easy to implement and is primarily delivered through our Web site, Altitude-Alliance.com. The program is for agents who want to be trusted advisors not salesmen; and for agents who want to build a successful client business over time rather than focus on short-term customer transactions. The program also provides agents with the resources and coaching to raise their credibility and reputation in the local marketplace, giving them a decided competitive advantage of other local agents. Over time, the program is expected to generate a steady flow of referrals and qualified leads, while the agent works less hours and generates more income. There are nine primary components to our program: macro prospecting; micro prospecting, marketing, advisory services, real estate intelligence, client services, virtual assistance, coaching and community.
