Altum is a digital platform that captures academic and social-emotional learning evidence in real-time to gather integrated information about students’ learning and well-being. Using assessment data and a range of other learning evidence, teachers can monitor individual students’ progress toward identified objectives with an eye toward where students are and what they need next. Altum integrates research-based, proven tools to support teachers to monitor, measure, and better understand students’ current learning levels and individual needs. Captured learning and well-being data follows students between classes and grade levels, ensuring that important information is not lost but leveraged to improve students' learning outcomes.
