Altus Cere is an operator-led food and AI systems company building the future of Main Street food operations. We acquire, operate, and scale beloved local eateries, then rebuild the back office around disciplined systems, data, and AI-assisted workflows. Our goal is to give independent restaurants the operational leverage of an enterprise chain without stripping away the local character that made them worth building in the first place. Our first proof of concept is Uzy’s NY Pizza in Arlington, Texas — a real, high-volume restaurant where we test the systems, playbooks, and agentic workflows behind ALCIDAS before offering them to other operators. Our tagline, Food for Artificial Thought, reflects the dual engine of the company: unforgettable food experiences on the front end, intelligent operating infrastructure on the back end. Altus Cere is not just building restaurants. We are building a platform where local food brands can become more consistent, more profitable, more scalable, and more resilient, without becoming generic franchises.
