Our firm has a small team of lawyers who are used to handling sensitive matters. Most of our work is outside court, preferring informal resolution. Where necessary, we bring disputes into the Court process, being experienced in every legal jurisdiction, including tribunals and courts, Supreme Courts across states and territories, the Federal and High Courts and in arbitration proceedings. We can provide confidential second opinions for clients who are unsure if their lawyer is on the right track. Enquiries from overseas clients who have problems within Australia are welcomed.
