Core traffic management services are complimented by specialist operating divisions spanning traffic engineering services, event management services and a registered training organisation. National operations are supported by a highly systemised, technology driven back office, with functional executives driving continuous improvement and performance across operations, safety, growth, finance and human resources. Governance is further embedded through the operation of the Altus Board, consisting of both Executive and Non-Executive Directors with specialities in technology, industrial relations, logistics and capital markets.
