ALUHA KINETICS aims at promoting active lifestyle to improve your physical and mental health and wellness. We believe sport and exercise is one of the most effective means to reduce mental stress as well as improve physical conditions. Currently, we hold different exercise classes in a gym located at Wan Chai District and an elderly centre located at Sha Tin District. On the other hand, we would like to contribute to the commercialization of sport in Hong Kong so that our athletes would be more competitive. We would like to offer strength and conditioning service to sport teams and youth athletic development program to youth with potential. We would also like to offer educational support for adult athletes to improve their knowledge on sport science and coaching so that they can re-contribute the sport industry after retirement.
