Aluke Oy, founded in 2019 by professional researchers, provides consulting services in microbiome research. We have an extensive background in environmental and human/animal host-related microbiology and microbial ecology with related bioinformatics. Having curious minds, we are actively keeping our methods updated according to the state-of-the-art approaches in sequence analysis. We provide a full-stack bioinformatic service for analysing microbiomes, starting from raw sequence data all the way to machine learning analysis of samples. We are able to analyse both amplicon sequences and metagenomic data. In addition, with our collaborators, we can organize end – to – end service including DNA extraction, library preparation and sequencing preceding the sequence analysis.
