Alumni Association Ideas

Alumni Association IDEAS (Institute of Design Education and Architectural Studies) is an independent body founded to enable the following: 1. To provide a vibrant forum that promotes interaction and networking among alumni of the Institute. To create links between students, graduates, professionals and the industry. To foster and encourage interest in the institute. To maintain a register of all alumni of the institute - graduates, faculties and students, with their complete bio-data, present occupation, present address and other relevant details. To collect and disseminate information and to publish magazines, newsletters, bulletins or any other medium that the Executive committee may approve. To work for the development and strengthening of education at IDEAS in order to help members of the association to grow both personally and professionally. To organize and establish scholarship funds to help needy and deserving students, and in furtherance of any or all of its objectives. To help create positive Public Relations for IDEAS by keeping track of achievements of former students. To assist and support the efforts of the institute in obtaining funds for development. To institute prizes and awards for outstanding project work, research papers, academics/professional activities and outstanding social and community services by alumni and students. Organising function on an annual basis or as and when required, as approved by the Executive Committee.
