Alun has over 20 years experience Facilitating group workshops and project management teams with objectives ranging from managing change to team development. As a Trainer, Alun has designed and delivered training programmes and events for many blue chip companies including British Petroleum, Balfour Beatty, Boots Healthcare, Network Rail and Deutsche Bank. His expertise lies in developing workshops to appeal to different learning styles and facilitating groups to develop real and measurable action plans to support business development. Alun works very much from clients objectives and stated outcomes. The better defined the objectives the easier they are to meet and evaluate.
