Am Nutrition

AM Nutrition was created by Amy O'Donnell and Megan Anthony (based in Ireland/N.Ireland) to help individuals achieve sustainable nutrition and performance goals. Whether it be improving body composition for competition or wanting to lead a healthier lifestyle, AM Nutrition is here to help by providing a tailored coaching experience. We both completed a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science followed by a MSc in Sports Nutrition at Liverpool John Moores University and are both now SENr registered nutritionists. Amy is a keen golfer and has spent time working with England Golf and Golf Ireland's Men, Women, Boy's and Girl's National and Regional squads. Amy also successfully supported the European Solheim Cup team to victory in 2021 as one of the team nutrionists. Amy ensured the team were properly fuelled, recovered and hydrated for their successful win against the Americans. During our MSc year Megan worked within the academy and scholarship programmes at St Helens RLFC educating athletes and implementing nutrition interventions to improve body composition, performance, and recovery. More recently, Megan has completed work with Liverpool FC's providing 1-1 nutrition support to athletes within the Womens Academy.
