Amaranto Pasta & Cucina is a food caravan specialised in gluten free Italian food. We make and sell gluten free pasta (ravioli, cappelletti, tortelli, tagliatelle.). You can find us parked up in Matakana most of the weekends selling take away pasta or at the Matakana Farmers Market on Saturday morning selling our pasta fresh. From time to time we travel to the Coatsville market. We can also cater for private events and weddings all over the Auckland region.
