About Amazing Coaching Amazing Coaching was founded in 2001 in Sydney, Australia by Life and Confidence Coach Lisa Phillips. In early 2017, Lisa left Australia and returned to her home county of Northampton shire where she launched Amazing Coaching UK Lisa is an award-winning international Confidence expert and the author of ‘ The Confidence Coach’ book. She is a regular on TV, Radio and Press and is a qualified Journalist and TV presenter. Lisa is the current Confidence expert on The Love Destination. Lisa is also a cruise ship enrichment speaker for several international cruise lines. Lisa's specialty lies in empowering people, whether that is in their career or emotional wellbeing. As a result, Lisa is often called upon to run workshops, speak at events, coach employees or train staff to help them feel more confident, resilient and empowered.
