Amazing Japan

Amazing Japan – Share the Feeling! Amazing Japan is a web-based community, sharing news, information and stories about Japan and its (pop)culture. One of the founding reasons of the community is to connect Japan and those who are interested in the country and its culture. Therefore, Amazing Japan’s goal is to present the diverse Japanese culture and to promote the intercultural dialogue between Japan and other nations. Amazing Japan started as a simple Facebook-Fanpage in 2012, on which the founders Tristan Junker and Thomas Rogge just shared their experiences and emotions regarding Japan. But with the cultural exchange gaining more and more importance, Amazing Japan changed to a business project, followed by products like a calendar, which offered pictures of and information on Japanese culture. Since 2013 Amazing Japan turned into a company and was able to make local contacts, but also contacts in Japan. Cooperating with both local and Japanese companies, artists and fans Amazing Japan works towards further connecting those two sides.
