Our aim is to provide a friendly, professional and complete financial planning service, advising on and/or arranging: Pensions Investments Tax Planning Life and Health Insurances General Insurances Mortgages Equity Release We provide our services to: Individuals Businesses and their owners/managers Trusts Other professional advisers Our core business is financial planning and we ideally look to engage with our clients on the basis of a long-term relationship, acting as their trusted adviser and providing an ongoing service. However, we appreciate that some clients may only wish to deal with specific or immediate needs and we are happy to proceed on this basis where appropriate. It is vital to our business that our clients are satisfied with the service we provide and it is a key regulatory requirement that we consistently treat our customers fairly. Therefore we commit to communicate fully and openly with our clients from initial contact onwards. We ensure that the nature of engagement and remuneration is clearly set out and appropriate for the client's needs.
