Ambercat Beyond Education

The company Beyond Education S.r.l. is a female start- up company, on the market with the brand AmberCat. It’s an e-learning platform for language learning and teacher training, which focuses on the Chinese culture and language and on Italian for Chinese speakers. Our teaching method recalls the game of TANGRAM which, starting from a square, uses seven tablets to form an infinity of shapes! Each of them represents a tailor-made training model: the theoretical study is supported by laboratory activities of meeting and exchange to develop problem solving, awareness and social abilities. TANGRAM teaching methodology, through accurate customization and cross- cultural approach, provides concrete tools to use languages in real contexts. It combines courses with study trips organized in collaboration with eight partner schools located in Brasil, France, Germany, Russia, China, UK, South Africa and Spain. Our teaching methodolgy has been used to create the first Chinese language teacher training to teach in Italian secondary high schools. Our successful TANGRAM model has been used to teach English, French, German, Spanish, French, Brazilian Portuguese and Italian to foreigners as well.
