Ambilience

At Ambilience (ˈambēlēəns) we believe that two balanced aspects are linked together: Ambition and Resilience. In my vision both are an essential pre-condition for personal and business success. Ambition will provide the (unlimited) perspective and drive your organization in the envisaged direction. Adding a touch of Ambiguity will ensure that your organization will always look at the greater picture from all possible angels. Resilience will provide the (acquired) spontaneity and make sure that you are able to respond to ever changing conditions. Making use of your experience will prove to be your most valuable asset. Agile Project Management is what sets the tone for Ambilience Project Management, always looking for new and innovative ways to improve project performance. What this boils down to is getting the foundations right based on the business need and to actually deliver the agreed outcome. Close collaboration with everyone involved and transparently communicating on the progress are key. In a facilitative and coaching management style, without losing touch with the content (and reality): doing (hands-on) what needs to be done.
