Glem Gas was introduced to the Egyptian market by Elmarmar that was founded in 1980 and specialized mainly in kitchen appliances. With a steadily growing market share in Egypt, and a continues success year after another, it became clear that there is a need for a bigger entity to carry out that success to a higher level. In 2016, Ambit Cook was established as a new manufacturing facility that builds on the success of Elmarmar.
