Amblerock Training & Development is an independent training consultancy, specialising in developing managers and teams. Our aim is to help all managers be brilliant and all teams be outstanding. We’ve all worked with (and for) managers who are far from brilliant in the past. What usually happens is that people get promoted because they are doing an awesome job.but that doesn’t automatically mean they will be awesome in a management role (sometimes quite the opposite!) But.we truly believe that management is a set of skills that can be learned and with some time, effort and the right support and guidance, anyone can be a brilliant manager. Likewise, outstanding teams don’t appear by magic. It takes a great deal of effort, understanding and time to create an outstanding team.and then constant work to maintain it. But when you have it.amazing things happen! For the individuals, the organisation and everyone who they interact with. It’s worth all the hard work. So, this is where we come in. We design and deliver training that helps people understand themselves and others and gives them the skills, confidence and awareness to be brilliant. But not boring ‘death-by-PowerPoint-tick-the-box training’ - that doesn’t make you brilliant or outstanding! Great training is about discussion, reflection and practical application.that’s what we do. We work with clients in face to face environments as well as virtually and through online courses (and often a mixture of all of these). We also offer coaching and mentoring support where needed. Amblerock Training & Development is an official partner for Insights Discovery personality profiling and we use this tool for both managers and teams to improve self awareness and understanding of others. It helps to improve relationships and communication amongst many other practical uses. We are also qualified to deliver MBTI, FIRO-B and Mental Health First Aider training courses if they are of interest too.
