The first is that I have operated as a "cyber security expert" and business consultant for nearly 20 years. The second is that of a mentor and teacher in higher education. Both roles have the expressed goal of transferring usable skills and knowledge to solve problems. My consulting specialties include: Security Policies & Procedures, Technology Research & Development, Patent Research, Protocol Design, Software Design Engineering, and Governmental Security Initiatives.
