Our Key Programs Include: Senior Coffee Club Free Yoga/Zumba sessions, health education, preventive screenings, nutritious food, and transportation to support the well-being of our seniors. Free Medical Clinic Providing primary care, preventive health screenings, and chronic disease support to ensure quality healthcare is accessible to all. Vaccination Initiatives Offering free flu shots and COVID-19 vaccinations to protect community health. Outreach Health Education Delivering culturally appropriate health education to increase awareness and improve health literacy within the community. Diabetes Management Providing long-term care, monitoring, and support for individuals living with diabetes. Community Health Worker (CHW) Practicum Site and Apprentice Program Offering practical training and apprenticeships for CHWs, focused on improving community health outcomes. Dental Services Providing free dental care and preventive oral health services to underserved communities. Digital Education Enhancing digital literacy for all age groups through structured training programs, helping individuals thrive in a connected world.
