Graham Sargent CEAP, IS, SAP Substance Use Disorder Professional, Founder, American River Wellness With nearly a decade of personal recovery, Graham Sargent has worked consistently over the past 7 years in a variety of settings in the Addiction Treatment Industry. While earning his CADC-II certification and Intervention Specialist endorsement with CCAPP, Graham earned his AA in Chemical Dependency from Cosumnes River College. He is a certified Key Supervisor in the Matrix Model and a trained Intervention Professional. He applies his experience as an Outpatient Counselor, Recovery Specialist, Case Manager, and Program Manager, into his private practice to provide a variety of personalized services including interventions, assessments, customized case management and individual counseling. His philosophy is providing and connecting the client to the highest quality level of personalized care to meet their individual need, with an emphasis on family involvement and community based support.
