Amerihealth Caritas Partnership

Our mission is to promote and advance health equity for all by conducting health promotion and prevention programs that address the prevalence of diseases in vulnerable and underserved populations. The Partnership is committed to providing community health initiatives that promote prevention and the health status of vulnerable populations and building healthy communities. Founded in 2011 by AmeriHealth Caritas as a 501c3 private foundation, the Partnership addresses health disparities by expanding current health prevention and promotion programs across the country. These evidence-based, award-winning initiatives educate communities about the importance of promoting personal responsibility and adopting healthy lifestyles.
