Founded by Albert M. Giacomazzi in 2005, AMG & Associates™ is a general contractor with expertise in all aspects of construction from conceptual design through occupancy. AMG has partnered with a vast range of owners to include 15 school districts, 7 community college districts, and 17 different municipalities (from park renovations to city hall upgrades). In addition, AMG takes pride in having completed 8 new fire stations within the state of California as well as having constructed several projects for the Army Corps of Engineers. In 2020, we were awarded our largest project to date – a $45M new Fine Arts Complex at Allan Hancock College in Santa Maria. AMG has grown into one of Southern California’s fastest growing construction companies. We have been ranked 7 times by Inc. Magazine as one of the fastest growing private companies in the United States. AMG is also ranked on the Top 100 Fastest Growing Private Companies List for 2020 by both the Los Angeles Business Journal and the San Fernando Valley Business Journal, and is ranked 61 in the Top Contractors List for 2019 by ENR in the state of California. The principals are Albert M. Giacomazzi, President and Anthony Traverso, Vice President. Their mission is to construct all projects by adhering to the AMG core values.
