Aminim has acquired more than apartment units in the United States, and over 4.5 million square feet of logistics, industrial, and other commercial space in growth markets spread throughout the U.S, Canada, and Europe. Aminim’s experienced senior management team has guided the company through a transaction volume of over $3 billion in acquisitions and exits, and our driven and dedicated team continues to actively grow Aminim’s portfolio across multiple CRE asset classes. Our ongoing mission is to continue to place capital in a diversified portfolio of well-located real estate investments across the U.S, to professionally manage these assets to the satisfaction of our valued residents and tenants, and to generate attractive annual cash flow and appreciation throughout our ownership period.
