Amira & Co was founded in 2013 by Amira elAdawi, a former senior principal at Booz & Co, and an external advisor to Bain & Co. Amira & Co (previously Global Perspectives) was created based on the belief that there is a better model for management consulting to deliver enduring value to clients. We are a boutique global management consulting firm led by senior leaders with deep experience from Big 5 firms as well as hands-on operational roles and passion for flawless execution. The firm has worked with a wide range of clients including Fortune-100 & FTSE-100 companies, private equity investors, and governments across a range of industry sectors including hospitality, tourism, consumer products, education, agriculture & horticulture, and pharmaceutical retail. Our M&A team focuses exclusively on delivering flawless post-merger integrations and enterprise optimization transfomations associated with large M&A transactions. Our Tourism & Hospitality team focuses exclusively on developing and implementing strategies in the broader tourism space, for both the public sector as well as private enterprises.
