I've had a fulfilling 11 years experience in my career from sales experience, photography and cinematography, but the physical toll of working long hours on my feet had me beginning to deal with chronic issues. After paying bills every month I found myself as a tired empty nester with consistent headaches, poor sleep, mental fog and digestive issues. At first, I thought that all this was just part of growing up. Looking for solutions, I started researching the importance of whole foods and supplementation in fill the nutritional gaps to promote better overall health, I began to learn how simple changes to my diet and what I put in my body could start dramatically change the way that I felt. I began to completely change my approach to nutrition and was amazed by what I started to see. Within few weeks I noticed that my headaches were gone, I started to see considerable change to my sleep. I began to find myself with endless supply of energy, where before I was struggling to just get through the day. As my transformation continued, I found people starting to notice and ask me what I was doing differently. I started to realize that there were many people out there just like me, dealing with a lot of health issues. I found myself beginning to get paid by other people for my advice and newfound expertise. Before I knew it, this new passion of mine actually started to become a profitable business. My entrepreneurial dream of building my own business and not someone else's had come true. I started my own business online business were I provided information to my clients and training advice in the areas of overall good health and wellness. I also offer coaching one on one coaching to those that are truly serious about putting a plan together to help them look and feel their best.
