Ampfield Management is an investment firm based in New York. Our Strategy: We generally invest in companies which can grow rapidly by reinvesting profits. We search for businesses with durable earnings power. We seek to partner with management teams who are focused on increasing the per-share intrinsic value of their enterprises and who are significant owners of their own stock. Our Portfolio: Our portfolio is comprised of a select group of businesses that we intend to own for years. We tend to focus on smaller, publicly-traded companies in North America and Europe. Our investments span a variety of industries. Valuation discipline is an important component of our decision-making process. Our Objective: We primarily manage capital belonging to endowment and family office investors. Our objective is to maximize the long-term appreciation of their assets and compound their capital.
