Amplio Pharma is a novel and exciting product company developing improved versions of already great drugs. Amplio Pharma is a privately owned wholly women founded pharmaceutical company. Our vision is to develop and apply modern-day technology to fix the short-comings from drugs that otherwise have a proven track record in their disease area. Our first development candidate, NovoBioJect (AMP101), is being developed to boost the responder rate to current 1st line RA treatment from ca 35% to up to 70%. We intend to reach this goal through our inverse retention technology platform, where we maintain the active form of the 1st line treatment of choice - injectable low-dose methotrexate - in the body for a longer period of time.
