At AMT Medical, our mission is to make heart bypass surgery safer, more standardized and consistent - to enable less invasive approaches that improve patient outcomes. Our patented Elana Heart Clip & Laser technology replaces the traditional sutured anastomosis used for bypass surgery. The Elana Heart Bypass System can be applied on a beating heart, and thus doesn’t require extracorporeal circulation – therefore paving the way for minimally invasive techniques. For many decades, the surgical community has been striving for a less invasive bypass procedure that reduces the treatment burden. Now at AMT Medical, we are working to make this a reality.
