AmTech Ingredients was established in 2006 and is a leading producer of spray dried food ingredients located in Albert Lea, MN. Our facility operates two spray dryers, manufacturing the AmTech product line of specialty powders and also offers contract manufacturing services. Our powdered ingredients consist of many items found in most household kitchen cupboards including honey, molasses, mustards, vinegars, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, hot sauces, oils, and more.
