Amuse Design a small graphic design consultancy offering extra capacity to larger consultants, agencies and publishers. Essentially, I’m a freelance designer, offering my graphic design skills as extra capacity to design consultants and publishing houses in addition to working directly with small to medium sized businesses throughout the UK. The term ‘Freelance’ is a word inspired by medieval mercenaries who, with allegiance to no liege, made themselves available to those who were willing to pay for their ‘free’ or available lance. I’m armed with over 20 years experience working in the industry to produce designs of worth, designs with heart, passion and soul, yet maintaining a careful balance between creativity and commercial reality. Essentially, successful design. I treat each client as unique… special. Each with their own differing set of requirements, expectations, target audiences and budgets. My aim is to always surpass expectations, not simply achieve the expected. During the design process, I aim to build a great working relationship with you and your team, based on honest and open communication, respect and trust, ensuring all phases are completed smoothly, on time and within budget… perhaps even having some fun along the way.
