Specialist investors focused on growth capital, operational change, and turnaround situations. Founded in 2017, AMVEST transacts across a broad range of contexts, but critically focus on lower mid-market private companies. Structures are deal dependent, using a mixture of equity and debt. Portfolio companies are usually UK headquartered with revenues in excess of £10m, but AMVEST are comfortable with smaller businesses or those operating across international borders. AMVEST looks to deploy between £2m and £5m of equity into each transaction. Highly discreet, AMVEST is not bound by any third-party performance hurdles, timing requirements, nor any sector or geography mandates.
