I work 1:1 with people who have built a successful career or life, and are now at a point where it no longer feels right. They often know they want to move into work that feels more meaningful or aligned, or to step away from a version of success they’ve outgrown. But despite that knowing, they feel stuck, hesitant, or unable to follow through in the way they expected. This isn’t a confidence problem alone. And it isn’t solved by career planning or mindset work on its own. My work integrates coaching psychology, subconscious rewiring, and nervous-system-informed practices to support real change. We work with the patterns, beliefs, and physiological responses that keep people looping in old identities, so movement becomes possible without forcing or overriding themselves. This work supports people to build self-trust, make decisions they can stand behind, and take steps toward work and a life that feel genuinely meaningful to them. Alongside my 1:1 work, I also support organisations and People & Culture teams with individuals navigating change, growth, and transition.
