Amy has more than 10 years experience helping people navigate difficult personal and professional relationships. As a single career woman herself, she has extensive experience working with the unique questions of single professionals today. She also works with dating and married couples dealing with the complex issues related to sexual abuse and childhood trauma, attachment styles and spiritual struggles. Amy also specializes in adult children of borderline mothers and teenage girls entering womanhood. Utilizing Psychotherapy, EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy and Art Therapy techniques, Amy loves being a part of helping people heal their relational wounds so they experience freedom to be who they are meant to be.
