Amy Torres

I help people develop a sense of self, which leads to feelings of personal empowerment and inner peace, and, sometimes, a spiritual awakening. This inevitably results in a sense of purpose and more harmonious relationships. My work is a synthesis of Gestalt and Reichian psychotherapy, family systems work, and Sufi and yoga philosophy. A Course in Miracles provides the principles which are the foundation of my life's work. living as self-aware integrated people rather than having unconscious, compartmentalized lives filled with anxiety and depression.
