Amy Willis Consultancy provides educational, fun and worthwhile leadership training and workshops. Creating everyday leaders is the main focus, regardless of what official title you might hold. My philosophy is ‘lead is a verb’ as I believe it is the things we do on a daily basis that brings our team along on the journey with us. I also have an ever growing thirst to learn more about human behaviour and how every unique person on this earth works and as a result of this I recently completed an Undergraduate in Psychology Fundamentals. I believe in educating people on their strengths and helping them develop to be better versions of themselves. I bring this curiosity and genuine desire to see people succeed in your business.
