Anago /anargo/… Ancient Greek word describing the concept of leading people upward and onward to a better place. Our goal is to provide services and products that allow our customers and clients to look back and see that their businesses have moved on …to a better place. Anago’s services and products have traditionally been developed to benefit the food processing industry. We do this by assisting in the management and prevention of injuries via our Injury Management and Benchmarking Software (IMABS), and sharpness quality control technology that improves production and safety performance by measuring and improving sharpness levels of cutting blades (KST Sharpness Analyzer). In addition to food processing, the sharpness analyzer is now widely used by training institutes, knife and sharpening equipment manufacturers, and knife re-sharpeners around the world. Anago is also experienced in the facilitation of inter-organisational and industry co-ordination, with projects including national injury prevention strategies (Red meat, Seafood), collaborative innovation and the development of collaborative tertiary education programmes.
