Founded in 1981, Analytical Consultants provides diverse appraisal and consulting services throughout the East Coast – evaluating and conducting market valuations ranging from commercial, industrial and multi-family real estate, to vacant rural land. Alongside leading financial and legal organizations such as Bank of America, Wells Fargo and Poyner Spruill LLC, our clients include local and state government agencies, NPOs, energy companies, private developers and academic institutions (including University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill). Previous assignments have included assessing insurable values, providing litigation support, addressing property tax appeals and supporting land conservation programs.
