Anasa Yoga is a green-certified yoga studio centrally located in Oakland’s Laurel District. Our green building features include: sustainable yoga props; bamboo, a rapidly renewable resource, as flooring material; low VOC paints; LED lighting; formaldehyde-free, reused, and reclaimed furnishings; Energy Star kitchenette appliances; and a bike rack at the front entry. The Studio is a beautiful, 2,450 square foot yoga studio with parking, which includes 2 studios, lounge areas, and kitchenette. It is conveniently off of the 580 fwy. We offer group classes, semi, and private instruction. The studio is available for rentals during weekday and weekend afternoons and hosts a variety of events including “The Fusion of Food and Yoga” series; yoga, health & wellness workshops; teacher trainings; and other community events.
