ANC Enterprises, Inc, is a socially responsible investment company and development company. Our mission is to provide a higher quality of life to distressed neighborhoods through excellent design, construction, and continuous innovations where residents and communities can develop into sustainable and bustling economies. We work with local stakeholders including but not limited to residents, organizations, and government officials, to streamline the process of permitting, acquisition, and financing systems to develop underused properties. ANC Enterprises targets abandoned and blighted spaces and use its software to collaborate with stakeholders to identify, plan, design, and develop those sites. ANC Enterprises is about giving back to the community and passionate about projects revolving around the education, health, and community development of low-income and underserved communities.
