Anchor Management Consulting is an independent provider of management consulting services. We always start from the client’s conditions when undertaking assignments. When we create a change strategy, we always take responsibility and represent our client towards third parties. For us, it’s always a collaborative effort with our clients. We set the guidelines, show what needs to be done and how. We bring in the right resources when needed. Throughout the process, we share our knowledge with our clients while leading the change. Anchor has been in operation since 2007. The company consists of senior consultants with an average of 25 years of experience from various roles in the workplace. We have offices in Stockholm, Malmö, and Helsingborg.
