Mental Health First Aid is a true passion and purpose for Emma and she is accredited from MHFA England to deliver Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) courses and 1/2 day awareness courses. Emma believes in the importance of using her own lived experience, during the sessions and creates safe, non-judgemental spaces in her sessions. Emma has had great success embedding MHFA into companies and can support not only on the day of the training, but to ensure that MHFAiders are supported in your business and championed.
