These properties include shallow-bay warehouses, light manufacturing buildings, and older vintage distribution centers. They are occupied by local entrepreneurs representing a wide spectrum of industries. ANCHOR believes that the men and women of industry who create, manufacture, repair and serve are the very essence of the American Dream. As an investment segment, Workforce Industrial is underserved due to smaller asset values, local credit and fragmented ownership. These factors drive market inefficiencies which result in tremendous opportunities for the judicious investor.
