We do this by building a trusting relationship through detailed communication every step of the way. At the forefront of every claim is the best interest of the insured. Our objective is to restore every client to a whole state by ensuring their rights are protected and their claim fairly settled. In our background, as independent insurance adjusters, we handled daily and catastrophic property claims. Our jobs were to be the eyes and the ears of the insurance carrier. We were faced with the task of investigating, inspecting, and writing estimates/reports for the carrier based on what we saw during our inspection. We worked with roofers, contractors, and public adjusters who were seeking to assist the homeowners with restoring their property to pre-loss condition. We began to notice that we were unable to represent the best interest of the insureds. We worked for the carrier and followed their best practice guidelines for estimating. Many times, this left the homeowner improperly indemnified. As time progressed, our hearts desire was to work for the insureds. This desire to help insureds be fairly and rightfully compensated for their loss drove us to become public adjusters. As public adjusters, we are able to now represent the insured during the claims process with the insurance carrier.
